$Obj->hasFlag()
$Obj->hasFlag($flag,$person);
Has $person added flag $flag to $obj? Returns true if so, otherwise returns false.
// do not post comment if user is blocked
if ($POD->currentUser()->hasFlag('block',$content->author())) {
echo "You have been blocked!";
} else {
$content->addComment($comment);
}
To check if ANYONE has added $flag, exclude the $person parameter:
if ($content->hasFlag('featured')) {
echo "Featured!";
}

$content->addFlag($flag,$user,$my_value);
$result = $content->hasFlag($flag,$user);
$result will equal $my_value is all went well.
