Sets the current user's vote on a piece of content. Vote can either be "Y" for yes or "N" for no.

But yeah, I'm new to this Internet stuff, so really the whole AJAX part would be nice to learn about to. Like a general "How PeoplePods reads and toggles values with AJAX" with external links would be great.
